This has been Joe's week. Tuesday he performed with his band and also did a solo bit in the school's variety show. Wed was the homecoming parade where he rode in a convertible corvette with his escort. And tonight was the actual homecoming game and halftime show. He should have won but he did have fun. I was very proud of him. His free spirit, his God-given talents, and his outgoing personality have made him a friend to many. Tomorrow is the homecoming dance and he and his date and all his friends are going together. It's great being a senior.
